This year's KCON was a smashing success! Thanks to everyone who joined the panel!
Hosted by InRage Entertainment's Bruce "Automatic" Vanderveer and Ebony Rae Vanderveer, Dr. Crystal S. Anderson, and Miranda Larsen, the Black American Music & K-Pop panel stirred some conversation regarding the inspiration for many K-Pop acts: Black American music.
"For us as producers and writers, maybe it's our responsibility to make sure that the act understands the culture and background in which the song came from," Producer Automatic adds to the conversation.
